    You shouldn’t have to.  After filling out a buyer questionnaire and discussing your search with us, we help you identify the right homes to look at. Buying a home is a process of elimination and we will make sure you don’t waste time.
  • What protection do I have when making an offer?
    Your offer will contain contingencies that are there for your protection and you will have an attorney on your side.
  • How Do I Know What to Offer?
    We provide every buyer with an analysis of the market and the property. Similar to what is provided to a seller to determine fair value.

  • How do I Know What My Home is Worth?
    There are various tools to use both online and in person. CT Homes and Land website - You can get a quick estimate by putting in your address and making some adjustments on this site under the Seller’s Tab. This will help you track your home’s value in relation to the overall market. Comparative Market Analysis – Created by a real estate agent using current data found on the multiple listing service as well as any known private sales. The CMA compares similar properties that are actively on the market, under contract, and recently sold using style, location, size, and condition. Appraisal – A licensed appraiser can be hired to evaluate your home for a fee. Zillow, Realtor.com, etc. – these sites can give you a general idea of your home’s value however they tend to be on the trailing end market trends. During your consultation we can help you ensure their valuation of your home is more accurate.
  • Should I Fix Up My Home or Sell As-Is?
    This depends on your goals. Before you decide what to fix, our pre-market consultation will help you determine what makes sense to update.  Sellers often make the mistake of spending money on items that do not yield value.
