Based on your schedule we will provide live virtual tours so that you can see the home.

Step 4: Sign Documents Electronically

All documents can be signed from wherever you are.

Step 5: Inspections

We attend all inspections and can live-stream these. Your inspectors provide in-depth reports and photos to support their findings.

Step 6: Final Contract and Earnest Money

Your attorney will email you your contract and your deposit money can be wired.

Step 7: Meet you with the Keys!
